This page outlines what each competition’s regulations must cover. It is not a final rulebook. Schools will receive confirmed regulations before committing to entry.
01Eligibility & age groups
School affiliation, age cut-off dates and eligibility evidence to be confirmed.
02Team & player registration
Entry deadlines, squad limits and school-authorised registration procedures to be confirmed. Do not submit children’s personal details through the interest form.
03Match format & playing time
Five-a-side is the intended format. Match duration, intervals and scheduling to be confirmed.
04Substitutions & equipment
Substitution procedures, kit requirements and equipment checks to be confirmed.
05Referees & discipline
Referee arrangements, conduct standards and disciplinary procedures to be confirmed.
06Points system & appeals
Points, tie-breakers, score confirmation and appeal timelines to be confirmed.
07Venues & match-day procedures
Arrival times, check-in, pitch access, first-aid arrangements and responsible contacts to be confirmed per event.
08Safeguarding
School supervision, guardian permissions, emergency processes and photography consent must be addressed in the final event plan.
09Weather & cancellations
Weather thresholds, postponement notices and cancellation terms to be confirmed before entry.
