How SISFL handles school registration contact information, consent and retention.

School enquiries and your information
This notice covers the school interest form on sisfl.org. For questions about your information or a deletion request, contact Dan at contact@sisfl.org or +86 139 2657 9791.
What is collected
The form collects school name, adult contact name and role, email, phone or WeChat, city, preferred age groups, team count, competition interest and optional notes. A submission time, receipt reference and consent version are saved with the record.
Purpose and access
Details are used to respond to school enquiries and discuss competition participation. Registration records are private and are not published as school profiles or sold. Authorised operators can access records on the hosting server. No marketing subscription is created.
Retention and requests
Unconverted interest records are removed after 180 days by a daily scheduled cleanup. Backup copies may remain for the hosting provider’s limited recovery window. You may request access, correction or deletion using the contact above. Any separate competition registration requires its own information and terms.
Children’s information
This form is for adult school representatives. Do not submit student names, birth dates, identification documents or health information. School and guardian processes for any player registration will be addressed separately.
Cookies and analytics
A necessary form security cookie expires after two hours. A keyed, irreversible network identifier is used to enforce an hourly submission limit. Expired identifiers are removed by subsequent submissions or the scheduled cleanup task. No advertising cookies or external analytics are enabled in this release.
Hosting status
The live website is hosted by Cloudflare Workers and school enquiries are stored privately in Cloudflare D1. Dan is the SISFL enquiry contact. An Asia-Pacific placement preference is used; Cloudflare determines the actual processing and backup locations, which may be outside mainland China. Submit only adult school contact information that you are authorised to share. For an alternative, contact Dan directly before submitting. Local preview submissions remain on the testing computer.
